  • 25 g ground almonds


For the brandy buttercream


  • 75 g soft butter

  • 35 ml brandy

  • 75 g icing sugar


To finish


  • Festive sprinkles – optional


Instructions:


  1. Pre-heat your oven to 190ºC/170ºC fan.
